FREEZER STRAWBERRY JAM


4 c. strawberries (optional 1/4 cup huckleberries)

1 package powdered fruit pectin

2 cups of sugar


Crush strawberries in a blender then pour into a big bowl folding in sugar.

Make the Fruit Pectin seperately, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Pour in with Strawberries and sugar. Continue to stir for 2 minutes or until the sugar is disolved.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Keep out for 24 hours then freeze
