Ingredients
3 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 lb ham steak
Directions
1Spray a nonstick ridged grill pan with cooking spray and set over medium high heat.
2Combine molasses, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar.
3Put the ham in the grill pan and cook, brushing frequently with glaze until lightly browned, 4 minutes each side.
